__Type-1(Fraction Based)__**Q1, Running 3/4 of his usual speed, a person is 12 minutes late to his office. What is the usual time to cover the distance?**

**(a) 48 min (b) 50 min**

**(c) 36 min (d) 38 min**

Sol with trick : Have a look on fraction i.e 3/4. Here the lower value i.e numerator 3 represents the usual time whereas higher value i.e denominator 4 represents the increased time. We have to find usual time so we will focus on 3.

The answer is 36 Minutes

Q2.

**A train meets with an accident and moves at 5/7 of its usual speed. Due to this, it is 14 minute late. What is the original time of the journey beyond the point of accidents.****(a) 32 min (b) 35 min**

**(c) 40 min (d) 45 min**

Sol - Again we have to find the original speed so we will focus on numerator because it's value is smaller than denominator value.

The answer is 35 minutes

Q3.

**A person covered certain distance with 7/11 of his usual speed in 22 hours. How much time he saved to reach the same distance with his usual speed?****(a)8 hours (b) 16 hours**

**(c) 15 hours (d) 10 hours**

__Type -2 ( Percentage Based Questions)__**Q1. A person covers certain distance with 20% more than his original speed and reach 8 minutes earlier. What is the original time of the journey?**

**Late**and**Late**is mentioned ,**Subtraction**will be performed. - If
**Early**and**Early**is mentioned,**Subtraction**will be performed.

**Q1. A ma convers certain distance from his house to office at 30 km/h and late by 10 minutes. However, with a speed of 40 km/h, he reaches his office 5 minutes earlier. What is the distance?**
